Q. What if I can't find what I am looking for?

If you can’t find the colour you are looking for on our site, please contact us as we offer a full-colour matching service meaning you never need to go elsewhere or pay more for your spray paints.

Q. How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received an email confirmation please contact us.

Q. How can I get more information about a product featured on this website?

If you’d like more information regarding our products please contact us, our Paint Technicians will be happy to help.

Q. When will the payment be taken?

Once the order has been placed payment will be taken to ensure the availability of the product.

Q. Are my details secure?

Your bank card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that we will never ask you for your bank card details via emails or pop-ups, or for any purpose other than placing an order on our website.

Q. My payment has been declined?

If your card was refused you can try resubmitting your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders within the stated lead times displayed on product pages. Bear in mind that if you’ve ordered a number of items, they could come in separate deliveries.

Q. I have not received my delivery?

If the order does not arrive on the stated day please contact us. Please also check your email confirmation for possible separate delivery dates or carriers if you had multiple products in your order.

Q. Can I change my delivery address?

Usually, your delivery address can be amended, however, this will depend on the status of the order. If it has been shipped to the carrier and there are less than 48 hours to delivery, then it will not be possible to change. If you would like your order to be delivered to an alternative delivery address, please contact us.

Q. Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you would like delivery to your place of work you will need to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, not. We deliver to mainland UK or Northern Ireland only.

Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve quality and performance.

Q. Availability

All colours are generally available. If for any reason an item is subsequently found to be unavailable when collating your order then we will contact you to decide immediate action.

Q. Prices

The price of the goods shall be the price listed on the website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.

Q. Payment

Payment may be made by any method stated on our website. Goods will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
